Technorati
Technorati is an internet search engine used for searching blogs, a competitor of Google, Yahoo and IceRocket. This was founded by Dave Sifry in California, USA and ever since has become an active software developer in the search engine community. Sifry is also a major open-source promoter and was a founder of LinuxCare and afterward Wi-Fi access point software developer Sputnik. Right now, Technorati has focus their attention on image thumbnails rather than blog results. There were claims as well that Technorati never worked correctly in the past and has different focus or objective that is not aligned with their vision.
